Is it ethical for faculty at a University to date and marry their students?

A faculty member at the University of Toledo dated and married a student in the doctoral program in health education. It is typically an offense subject to termination as I have found out from all other universities. What should be done to address this seemingly unprofessional and unethical behavior?
