Should I pursue my PsyD in Clinical Psychology or PsyD in Criminology?

I am pursuing my Doctoral degree this fall. I am debating on whether to pursue my PsyD in Clinical Psychology or my PsyD in Criminology. I am afraid to pursue the degree in Criminology because I won't be licensed, the Clinical Psychology degree will provide me with a license to practice. I want to work in law enforcement or with the military and practice psychology. Any suggestions?
