NEED ADVISE NOW!! PLEASE HELP!?

Ok so my big question is a short story there's a girl named Anna and a guy name Jo Anna told Jo that she liked him when she was pissed drunk. And so he rejected her. But now my best friend Anna acts like she dose not notic him. But he Is talking to her a lot more and being close to her then normal always hugging and he like jumpped on her back at the pool playing around. For got to say this she stopped txting him for a wail then he started txting her out of know where how do you think he feels about her??
